Ben Botes obtained his B. Proc degree in 1992 and has extensive experience in Criminal matters, Civil Litigation, Divorces as well as Litigation pertaining to unlawful arrests. 

In addition to his Criminal background he has also dealt with a number of matters on behalf of Emfuleni Local Municipality mainly focusing on debt collection and civil matters, while he was employed at Mills &Groenewald Attorneys. Mr. Botes now focuses on the financial aspect of the practise. He is currently involved in various other businesses, including the transport and distribution of coal, the manufacturing and supply of fencing, supply and delivery of diesel and lubrication as well as maintenance for big corporations to name a few. 

His business skills are of unquantifiable worth for BMH Inc as well as their clients. Thru his knowledge and influence, he is able to advise, and promote clients` business on various levels.
