Mr. Viljoen completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Law, Business Managment and Economics together with a Bachelor of Laws at the North-West University of Potchefstroom. He further completed a Debt Collection course with L.E.A.D South Africa and passed the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 National Examination with the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

Mr. Viljoen is based at the Three Rivers Branch with Director Cassie Christie and his focus is on managing the Debt Collection Department, Civil Litigation, Drafting of Legal Process and documents, Drafting of various types of contracts (i.e. commercial agreements) and General Legal practice.
