Amorette obtained her BA Law degree in 2020 and her LLB degree in 2023, both from the North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus. She commenced her articles in 2024 at Matthee Attorneys in Cape Town, which articles were later ceded to BMH Attorneys in April 2024, where she has been practising since. She was admitted as an attorney in 2025.
Amorette is based at BMH Attorneys’ Vereeniging office, situated at 32C Corner of Joubert and Stanley Street, Vereeniging.
She practises in several areas of law, with a strong focus on matters that require both sensitivity and decisive legal action, including:
Protection Orders – assisting clients with the bringing and defending of domestic violence and harassment protection orders, ensuring their rights and safety are effectively protected;
Family Law – divorce proceedings, maintenance disputes, and Children’s Court matters, approached with care, clarity, and a firm understanding of the law;
Civil Law – instituting and defending civil claims on behalf of clients in a practical and results-driven manner;
Estates and Trusts – trust registration and amendments, drafting of wills and assisting with estate administration.
