Braudley obtained his LLB Degree in 2017 from the North West University whereafter he commenced his employment with Mills Incorporated from December 2017. During this time, he served his articles and was admitted as an attorney on 15 October 2020. He worked for Mills and Groenewald until February 2022 whereafter he was appointed by BMH Attorneys.

Mr. Labuschagne is based in our Vereeniging office situated at 32C Joubert Street, Corner of Joubert and Stanley Street, Vereeniging.

He specialises in various area of the law, specifically:

Insolvency Law – Liquidations and Sequestrations together with the administration of the insolvent estate;

Commercial law – Company law and drafting of commercial contracts, registration of companies, drafting of shareholders agreements, sale of shares agreements etc;

Criminal law – The defence of individuals who have been accused of committing crimes, ie. assault, murder, rape, theft etc.;

Protection Orders – assist clients in bringing and defending of domestic violence and harassment orders;
Family law – divorce matters including maintenance and children’s court matters;

civil law – Instituting and defending civil claims on behalf of a client.
