Palesa obtained her LLB Degree in 2016 from the University of South Africa whereafter she commenced her employment with BMH Attorneys from February 2016. During this time, she served her articles and was admitted as an attorney on 6th of August 2020. She has been working at BMH Attorneys since 2016 to date.

Ms Nhlapo is based in our Vereeniging office situated at 32C Joubert Street, Corner of Joubert and Stanley Street, Vereeniging.

She specialises in various area of the law, specifically:
Deceased Estates- assist clients with reporting and winding up of estates.
Protection Orders – assist clients in bringing and defending of domestic violence and harassment orders;
Family law – divorce matters including maintenance and children’s court matters;
civil law – Instituting and defending civil claims on behalf of a client.
